Every Christmas Hearts
and Hands sends a donation to Gigi to put on
a children’s party for the orphans and
underprivileged children in his home town of
Iasi. They all trudge through the snow in the
coldest of conditions and decorate the kindergarten
hall with their pictures and receive gifts from
Father Christmas (Gigi). This annual event is
a highlight of the children’s Christmas
and he says it is so heart warming to see the
children passing their gifts to each other as
they share their presents between them.

I began my own journey nearly 30 years ago when
I first encountered Reiki. Since that time I have progressed to becoming
a Reiki Master, but this was only the beginning. As my interests
expanded I read extensively, exploring almost every complementary
therapy I could find, from every corner of the world. Some I researched
and others I discarded, unfortunately there is as much rubbish talked
about this subject as there is sense!
My insatiable curiosity coincided with me moving
to Asia where I spent 6 very happy years engrossed in the numerous
cultures and beliefs. It was during this period that I stumbled
across a therapy called Pranic Healing, which whilst originating
in the Philippines draws upon wisdom already existing centuries
ago.
Perhaps the most significant "discovery" however
was Aura-Soma. There is no doubt that this chance encounter changed
my life, as it has so many others. With this training behind me
for colour I now have my own colour workshops, seminars, and training.
My time is now spent promoting my own seminars and workshops called “Colourful
Days”.
I am also extremely concerned with Health and Wellness and promoting
right living in regard to products that we use on a daily basis
because of the toxins we are subjected to either consciously or
not. These toxins not only impact us physically but they impact
how we think and how we react emotionally .
Toxins pollute the body, but negativity pollutes the mind. Your
own sense of self worth is crucial in maintaining your health.
What you think matters, because the body is capable of manifesting
anything that you believe at a subconscious level. In my last book,
Cancerous Thoughts, the Weeds in Your Garden, I took this as the
main theme, examining how your thought patterns affect you and
those around you. My second book “What Colour are the Weeds
in Your Garden”, will be available soon and is a twelve step
program for the individual to explore.
As an author, teacher, lecturer and therapeutic counsellor, I have
spent over 30 years helping people to become more aware and thus
more able to face the unique challenges confronting us all in our
daily lives. I am now again living in Asia (Singapore) but travel
frequently to the rest of Asia and Europe.
