I assist in healing, empowering and self development through sharing these energies and my own spiritual insights and experience through my books, seminars and media appearances worldwide.

I am also the founder of the charity Hearts and Hands which has established a number of projects to empower the most vulnerable in Africa and India and also The Hearts and Hands Healing Network which offers a range of healing services around the world.

I have been given a number of healing symbols for self healing and empowerment and as well as teaching these I have designed a range of jewellery to share their powerful energies.
